Refund Policy
Eligibility Criteria for Refund
Pre-NEET Admission:
- If a student enrolls before the NEET examination, they must qualify in NEET or secure a medical seat in India to be eligible for a refund.
Request Submission
Students must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the NEET results being announced or after securing a medical seat in India.The Request should include:
- Proof of NEET qualification.
- Proof of seat allocation in a medical college in India.
Verification
- The submitted documents will be verified by our administrative team.
- Verification may take up to [5 days].
Refund Disbursement
- Once verified, the refund will be processed and disbursed within [10 days].
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Failure to qualify in NEET and not securing a medical seat in India.
- Submission of false or tampered documents.
- Requests made after the stipulated timeframe.
